  • Start by filling out our Custom Quote Request Form or sending a Direct Message.

    • Tell us about your subject (pet portrait, family portrait, or landscape).

    • Select your preferred medium (Coloured Pencil, Oil, or Acrylic) and size.

    • Share your reference photos and any special details or deadlines (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries, or gifts).

  • We review your reference photos to assess lighting, detail, and composition.

    • We will guide you on which photo will translate best into fine art and confirm whether any custom edits (like combining subjects or adjusting backgrounds) are needed.

    • You will receive a formal custom quote detailing exact pricing, shipping, and estimated turnaround time.

  • Once you approve the quote:

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your commission spot on our studio schedule.

    • The remaining 50% balance is due upon final artwork approval, prior to delivery or shipment.

  • Your artwork comes to life!

    • Using professional materials, we hand-craft your piece layer by layer.

    • You’ll receive progress updates along the way so you can watch your memory take shape.

  • When your piece is complete:

    • We send you a high-resolution photo/video preview of the finished artwork for your final sign-off.

    • Once approved, the remaining balance is settled.

    • Packaging: Your artwork is carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

    • Delivery: Shipped via tracked courier (or scheduled for local Adelaide pickup).
